This course equips senior leaders with skills to integrate Lean Six Sigma, strategic planning, and Hoshin Planning into organizational development.

Participants will focus on aligning goals, improving people, processes, and technology, and implementing a proven and sustainable continuous improvement methodology.
Emphasis is placed on strategic issue identification and prioritization using tools like affinity and interrelationship diagrams and Lean Six Sigma will be the methodology used for project execution.

Format: Instructor led training

Dates: Cohort 2: December 1 - 3, 2025 & December 11 - 12, 2025

Times: 9:00am - 4:30pm daily
