  • How do I access my online course?

    Once you have enrolled and paid for your online course you will receive a registration key which will provide you with access to your virtual classroom.


    Within this classroom all activities (modules, readings, exercises) for your course will be listed in the order they are to be completed.

  • How long do I have to complete the course?

    You will receive access for individual courses for 3-6 months.  Certification program will receive access for up to 2 years.

  • What is included in the registration fee?

    The registration fee for individual courses includes access to the EZSigma  Quality Campus online modules, course materials and references.


    Participants in online Certification programs will also have access to the Certification exam, their project will be reviewed and Six Sigma programs will also receive a software license for ProcessMA.

  • Can I extend my access to the course?

    Yes, you can definitely have your access extended for a small administrative fee.

  • Once I log into the portal, where do I find my course?

    Once you have logged in you will see a drop down menu in the upper left hand corner.  Once you select 'classes' from this menu you will see the course name listed that you have enrolled in.
