The EZSigma Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt understands the Lean Six Sigma philosophy and how to routinely apply this to his or her job and area of responsibility. After completing this course, you will be able to explain to others how Six Sigma and Lean are unique but highly-complimentary approaches, and when used in concert, can deliver breakthrough improvements in any business sector or environment. The "Six Sigma" component of your course of study will have included an exploration of each phase of Six Sigma's DMAIC problem-solving methodology, successful project charters, process mapping, cause and effect tools, as well as process control and understanding

process capability. The addition of Lean - principles and commonly used tools – will complete your Yellow Belt level of knowledge in Lean Six Sigma and you will be able to identify process improvement opportunities, apply this segment of the Lean Six Sigma body of Knowledge to address these opportunities, as well as achieve overall improved management of business processes.

Although the actual amount of time required to complete your program will vary, the estimated time to complete your training plan is approx. 15 hours. To achieve Certification upon completion of this program you will need to pass the final exam and submit a project.
