Kaizen Events

Based on a philosophy of continuous, incremental improvement, a Kaizen event is a structured team exercise which focuses on creating more value and less waste in a given activity or process. Participants will receive training on key principles of Kaizen to be able to understand and apply these to specific Rapid Improvement (Kaizen) Events. 

Power of Process Thinking

This one-day workshop will engage participants in an in-depth exploration of what is meant by the term, “business process excellence”, and the variety of complementary disciplines that allow the goal of process excellence to be achieved by any organization.
