We believe team training is vital for organizations to grow, develop, innovate and remain relevant in today's landscape.
The total loss to an organization from ineffective training is $13.5m per year, per 1,000 employees, according to Grovo.
The benefits to an organization from effective training are:
Provide your team with the knowledge, tools and confidence to define goals, drive purpose for the organization and to continually strive for the most efficient and effective way possible to do their job.

Eight Disciplines Problem Solving (8D) is a method used to approach and resolve problems, typically employed by Quality Assurance professionals. Originally created in 1974 by the US Department of Defense, it was subsequently adopted by Ford and since then, has become a highly-adaptable, well-established and proven continuous improvement methodology.
The purpose of 8D is to identify, correct and eliminate recurring problems. This methodology is similar to Six Sigma in that it focuses on identifying root cause for system failure and inefficient processes with a goal of implementing effective and sustainable solutions.
The objective of this workshop is to learn how to select, plan and execute targeted Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) with the added benefit of conducting an actual FMEA that your team and organization can benefit from. Intuition is the quiet voice in project management, the silent attention, the warning bells going off, or the gut-sense that something is not going as planned. Highly intuitive project managers tend to make things look easy on the surface because what they do is not so obvious to others. What bystanders don’t see are the early response, fast thinking, communications and actions behind the scene. Strong intuition skills are essential to effective project management. This course helps incumbent project managers learn to pay attention to their intuitive signals and apply them with confidence as a problem-solving tool in the situations they face. For project managers, intuitive integrity is both a personal asset and a valuable advantage. It is also an important creativity and innovation skill.
