A fully trained Lean Six Sigma expert leads improvement teams, works projects, and mentors trainees and has a thorough understanding of both Lean and Six Sigma.
This final step in the Progressive Lean Six Sigma program will prepare Black Belts to:
  • Accept and validate and coordinate project mandate
  • Apply the Lean Six Sigma “Breakaway” project methodology
  • Train project team members
  • Provide analytical summaries and interpretations
  • Assist Champions in identifying projects and preparing appropriate project mandates
  • Ensure project completion and projects are successfully transferred to process owners
  • Coach and mentor Yellow Belts, Green Belts & Lean Masters
  • Provide feedback to senior management on project progress and results


Format: Instructor led online training

Prerequisite: Complete White Belt, Yellow Belt and Green Belt training.

Dates (11 days): Cohort 2:

  • Session 1: September 24, 2025
  • Session 2: October 6 - 7, 2025
  • Session 3: October 20 - 22, 2025
  • Session 4: November 3 - 5 & November 17 - 18, 2025

Times: 9:00am - 4:30pm EST daily

Registration Fee: $5995 + HST
