A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt practitioner applies their knowledge to leading projects in their job function and often works as team members on Black Belt projects.

This program will prepare participants to assist their Champion in screening potential Lean Six Sigma projects, lead small, local optimization projects, assist with ongoing process-mapping and process performance assessments and support Lean Six Sigma Black Belts on larger improvement strategies.

Format: Instructor led online training

Prerequisite : Complete White Belt and Yellow Belt training.

Dates (6 days): Cohort 2:

Session 1: September 24, 2025
Session 2: October 6 - 7, 2025
Session 3: October 20 - 22, 2025

Times: 9:00am - 4:30pm EST daily

Registration Fee : $3105 + HST includes White, Yellow and Green Belt training.
