The Lean Six Sigma White Belt program provides an overview of Lean and Six Sigma.
This one-day course will discuss the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) and the principles and methodology of Lean, including the ‘8 Wastes’.

After completing this course participants will be eligible to progress to the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt program to further develop their understanding and add to their Continuous Improvement toolbox.

Format: Instructor led online training

Prerequisite: none
