Building upon the Lean Six Sigma White Belt course, Yellow Belt practitioners will be able to explain how Six Sigma and Lean are unique but highly-complimentary approaches, and when used in concert, can deliver breakthrough improvements in any business sector or environment.

The "Six Sigma" component of this course will continue an exploration of each phase of Six Sigma's DMAIC problem-solving methodology, successful project charters, process mapping, cause and effect tools, as well as process control and understanding process capability.
The continued exploration of Lean principles and commonly used tools will complete the Yellow Belt level of knowledge in Lean Six Sigma.

Format: Instructor led online training

Prerequisite: Complete White Belt training.

Dates (3 days): Cohort 2:

  • Session 1: September 24, 2025
  • Session 2: October 6 - 7, 2025

Times: 9:00am - 4:30pm EST daily

Registration Fee: $1580 + HST
